　番茄火锅，一个有着独特风格又不失传统的火锅店


　　独特的是这里的锅底，番茄作锅底老板当真有创意。传统的也是这锅底，熬制锅底大概是很多火锅店都必做的功课，但是像番茄火锅这样坚持每天熬制新鲜锅底的商家可就不多了。因为当天熬制的锅底只会在当天使用。首先要提前估算出每天餐厅所需要的底料数量，然后在派专人到菜市场挑选相应数量的个大皮薄汁多的优质番茄。加入多种配料熬煮，在熬煮的过程中还要不断地搅拌，让番茄的味道充分的释放出来。如此不惜工本的传统做法又有几家餐厅能做到呢。所以来这里的吃饭在涮食菜品之前都一定会要先喝上一碗浓浓的番茄汤才不辜负老板的一番心意啊。

　　
酸甜酷辣餐厅在传统的涮品：不老肉选用上等牛腿肉配以红薯粉、排骨粉、鸡粉等调味料，色泽红亮、香浓鲜嫩；秘制牛肚将牛肚洗净放入由２０多种香料配制而成的卤汤中煨炖三个小时，使之入味上色，此菜色泽鲜亮，不腻不粘，佐酒尤佳；秘制黄金肉采用猪通脊肉配以花椒面、花生、芝麻、黄豆、鸡蛋、红薯粉等调料炸制而成，其色泽金黄，酷似黄金条，。鲜肉盒子黄灿灿的像以块块金砖，涮后吃起来更是馅鲜皮嫩。秘制牛舌，将韩国料理中的烤牛舌经加工改良成番茄火锅中的涮品，其经２０多种香料的熏制，成菜淡红如花、鲜香味浓、佐酒最宜。秘制排骨采用半年内的仔猪排，配以老干妈和１０多种香料腌制而成，其色泽红润，肉嫩离骨。

天仁茗茶是台湾唯一一间成功上市的茶叶行，甚至还研发出具有特色的乌龙茶酒、绿茶酒，除了在茶这方面专精以外，同时也开设了许多间餐厅，以他们自己的茶叶做的料理为卖点，对于每天都是外食一族的人来说，是不会太油的健康养生选择，算是颇受欢迎的餐厅。


因为是以茶料理为主，较吸引年龄层稍长的顾客群，较无年轻族群，所以餐厅环境满幽静的，还附设隐蔽的包厢，是一个适合与朋友边吃茶点边谈心的好地方。


每道餐点都是各式茶叶下去煮的，吃进嘴里时都带着点清淡的茶香。附的人蔘乌龙茶，喝起来温甜润喉，非常好喝！


推荐一定要尝尝的是「绿茶人蔘鸡」、「吃茶青」（用茶叶炸成的点心，非常好吃，必点！）、「普洱牛肉」；餐后茶可选择香醇的「桂花金萱」，若嗜甜者不妨可以试试「抹茶冰淇淋奶绿」，甜度不会太甜，但又甜得恰恰好，让人喝起来不会腻呢！


有低消限制，以较划算的套餐来说，一个人的平均消费大约为400左右，份量对女生而言刚刚好吃饱，至于食量较大的男性，建议还是把这间餐厅当作下午茶的地方，或者干脆换间餐厅比较省荷包lol，因为单点每份量都不多，一样就要上百元。

「甜点、粉红色、女生」，这三项元素经常被摆在一起，而在这间店里，它们有了最梦幻的完美组合。


小巧的店面里，椅子、桌子、门窗，全部都是以可爱的粉红色为主，光是门面就非常吸引爱好甜食的女性的目光。橱窗里面一个个精致可爱到让人不舍得吃掉的cupcakes，更是令人无法转移视线、看得是口水直流。


除了主要精美的cupcakes以外，这间店同时也有在贩售大尺寸的蛋糕，还可以接受订作喔！


松软的杯子蛋糕，上面挤上各种口味的鲜奶油与香料，尝起来口感非常浓郁棉密。不过甜度稍微甜了一点，外国人似乎大体上比较爱吃重甜口味的；但如果你非常喜爱甜食，我想你一定会爱上这里的cupcake。


只可惜，小小一个cupcake就要价$2.95CA，半打$16、一打$29，价钱算是满贵的。

London Heritage Farm是以前一个姓London的家族所居住的地方，已经有一百多年的历史了，现在被BC政府列为古迹，共有二层，当时的各种古老家具都还仔细的被保存着。整栋房子可以四处参观，感受当时的居住环境，旧式英式的装潢，气氛来说非常棒。


一楼附设tea room，开放时间只有下午，虽然里面空间非常小，客人却络绎不绝，若人数多的话，还得先打电话预约呢！


使用的陶瓷茶具全是成套的典雅花朵图案，摆上小巧可爱的各种茶点，一个下午，就这样悠闲懒散地坐在窗边，一边看着外面的风景，一边喝茶……在这里喝下午茶，真的是一种享受！


来到这边，一定要吃的就是他们热腾腾现烤的scone，配上他们新鲜的果酱、或者牛油，好吃得可是会让你忘了今天才刚吃过午餐呢！


其它的小点心还有各种果酱饼干与muffin等等。如果喜爱他们新鲜的果酱，也可以到gift shop买回家，有蓝莓、草莓……等数种口味。


价钱方面算是满平价的，full tea一份大约是$7.50CA，适合与三五好友一起来这儿消磨午后时光。

Joe Fortes，位于温哥华downtown的robson上，是一间以新鲜的海鲜与好吃的蛋糕著名的餐厅。


这间餐厅的菜单上大多以海鲜为主。由于他们拥有自己的渔船，餐厅的海鲜类真的都是吃得出的新鲜好吃，墙上也装饰了许多鱼类饰品，好像是在向面对菜单举棋不定的顾客们说：「点海鲜就对了」！


来到这里，一定要点来吃的当然首推生蚝！虽然小小一盘，但那种新鲜的味道，让平时不爱吃蚝类的我也深深为它着迷，搭配独特的辣酱，要不是因为它太贵，真的会让人想一盘接着一盘的order……。


他们的鱼类主餐也非常好吃，稍微烤过的新鲜的软嫩鱼肉，淋上青酱，真是绝赞的滋味！如果怕吃不饱，他们也有美味的ribs和汉堡排等等可以选择，份量充足，绝对让你是撑着肚子走出餐厅的。


他们的酒种类有很多，酒类菜单比菜单还长呢！喜爱品酒的饕客一定会喜欢这里。


你以为吃到这里就满足了吗？错，最后的餐后甜点竟然还来个回马枪，让你欲罢不能！他们最有名的就是tiramisu，没有吃过你就不算真正来过这里！一口略带苦涩的提拉米苏、一口甜腻的糖霜饼干，在嘴里产生的交互变化，真的令人赞不绝口！


晚餐的菜色比白天的多，推荐晚上来享用，而且晚上还会有专人现场弹奏乐器，在三层装饰华丽的楼中楼里用餐（还有户外用餐花园），非常有气氛。
这间餐厅的服务也要顺带一提，非常优质，算得上是满分喔！

Try all the recommended dishes. If the line is full and not spaces, no worry, they have another shop just beside t their original restaurant. Sometime you will find both restaurants are pack with people and need to queue up. Trust me it worst to wait for. Try this few if you have not idea what to order:

环境很香港!!!任何时候人都巨多无比，环境那叫那叫一个吵啊，说话基本靠喉，所以一定要一大扎得酸奶水果捞,超级赞~~~~


东单日昌是这条胡同上上营业时间最长的餐厅，每天从上午10时营业至次日凌晨3时，一定要做好心理准备,去吃饭的人太多了,不是一般人能接受的,一般饭点儿去,最少等个40分钟吧,曾经见过大晚上10点的时候,等位的人还好多呢~~~


北海新店的环境要好的多．菜品水准也保持得不错。

The Botanical, one of the most famous restaurant in the city of Melbourne. One of the great homemade Thai foods you can found in Shanghai (Consider if you could actually found it). A cozy little place which make up of 2 apartment unit, located inside a housing apartment behind scary dark alley. With no sign, non description of the building, nor even a building numbering system, but great food. So don’t be afraid when try to locate this store. The decor and service aren't much to speak of but a delicious papaya salad and fragrant curries for great prices will quickly win your allegiance.

"The Tree Bar" formerly known as "Hidden Tree" offer ranges of wood fired pizza, steak, pasta and imported Belgian beers you won't think it is possible to get in Beijing. Hidden behind SANLITUN area, the street for foreigner, where pub and restaurant are crowed with mix of local and foreign people. But wait, Where is the restaurant.
